These clever hatches have no hinges, so simply turn the hatch to release the latch and lift off the lid. This means the lid can be completely be removed from the frame. As there are no hinges the hatches sit nicely flush with their mounting surface.

The hatches are strong enough to walk on, and have an anti-skid textured finish. They are also UV resistant so won’t be damaged by exposure to sunlight. The hatches are splash proof and come with an integral neoprene seal set inside the hatch frame.

The benefit of these hatches is that because the lids can be totally detached they can used in locations where a hinged door would be obstructive, or where you need to maximise the access through the hatch opening.

The hatches are easy to fit, once the opening is cut simply slot the hatch into position and screw down. These hatches come with plastic colour matched screw head covers to conceal the fixings.
