Quick Close Deck Filler

The bayonet style opening system feels more like opening a vehicle filler cap, than a deck filler. The smooth opening process means there is no endless screwing and unscrewing of the cap. Simply push the hinge in the centre of the cap to raise the handle up, then turn the cap a quarter turn (45 degrees) and the lid lifts off. There are thick rubber gaskets on the inside of the lid to provide a close seal, and a check cable to ensure that the cap doesn’t go overboard.

A huge benefit of this model of deck filler is that it comes with the option of either a straight or 30 degree angled neck. This choice means that you can more easily connect your tank filler hose to the deck filler in areas with restricted space. Getting stubborn fuel hose around tight bends can be a nightmare, so make it easy for yourself with the angled neck option.

This range of deck fillers is available in the two common hose sizes: 38mm and 50mm and comes with an earth tag. The mirror polished stainless cap is engraved in colour with the label FUEL, DIESEL, WATER or WASTE along with the appropriate symbol. This colour coding makes each deck filler clearly identifiable.

The contemporary flat design of this deck filler means that is sits fairly flush once closed (11mm projection) and there are no visible fixings, as the cap covers the three screw holes in the fitting flange,
