105 Litre Plastic Water Tank

These water tanks are made from a white polyethylene, suitable for installation to hold fresh water on the central part of the hull or beneath the bow floor.

All tanks come equipped with an access hatch that simply screws into place with an o-ring for a watertight seal. A great feature for maintenance or sanitising your tanks at the beginning of the season.
The tanks are sized perfectly to build furniture around, popular locations being below seating, under the bed or for smaller tanks within the kitchen pod itself. You can batten them in place or use our tank straps (sold separately).

Each tank has multiple locations to fit your fill pipe, vent and outlet. The tank fittings are blanked threaded ports. They are all BSP threads- which makes plumbing your tank in simple. We can  advise and supply you the hose tail connections with the tank for ease of installation! You simply need to know your pipe sizes.

The port sizes include 1″ 1/4 BSP, 1/2″ BSP and 3/8″ BSP. Locations can be seen on the tanks technical drawing, which you can find in our documents tab. We supply a 1 1/4″ BSP x 38mm hosetail with this tank as standard.

Because the ports are replicated on different faces of the tank it gives you options of how to run your pipework or in which orientation to locate you tank. When you have decided which ports you want to use its is simply a case of drilling out the tank’s closed tappings with a hole saw, locating the tank into position, securing it before attaching the pipework.

These freshwater tanks are made in the EU and come with manufacturer and CE markings. They are lightweight but robust and will give you years of service we are sure. For larger vessels we supply water tanks of up to 170 litres in plastic and we also offer a bespoke stainless steel tank manufacturing service. Perfect for unusual shapes and sizes and not as expensive as you may imagine.
