56 Litre Water Tank with Integral Water Pump

Potable, fresh water tank with integral pump including screw down inspection port.

These water tanks are made from a white polyethylene, suitable for installation to hold fresh water on board boats and other vehicles.

These pumped tanks are the perfect solution to maximise space in tight installations. The quality Europump is housed on the tank itself.  Its mounted into a purpose made recess and is a pressure switch type so you can use this with a standard tap (not a micro switched type).

The pump will supply 12.5 litres per minute at an operating pressure of 2.45 bar. It is a 12-volt unit that can run dry without damage. Virtually no vibrations, and very quiet it is fitted with an internal bypass for inlet pressure control. Permanent magnet motor with self-lubricating shaft. The 4-diaphragm system prevents the pulsations that usually occur in the other freshwater pumps with a semi-open tap. This is a large pump that will handle systems with up to 3 taps.

This tank comes equipped with an access hatch that simply screws into place, with an o-ring for a watertight seal. A great feature for maintenance or sanitising your tanks at the beginning of the season. There is also a protected port on the top to accept a standard 5-hole level gauge sender unit. (We can supply these too).

The tanks are sized perfectly to build furniture around, popular locations being below seating, under the bed or for smaller tanks within the galley itself.

Because the ports are replicated on different faces of the tank it gives you options of how to run your pipework. When you have decided which ports you want to use it is simply a case of drilling out the tanks closed tappings with a hole saw, locating the tank into position, securing it before attaching the pipework. Tappings are all BSP threads so you can adapt them to your pipework with simple hose tails. We can advise and supply these for you.

These freshwater tanks are made in the EU and come with manufacture and CE markings. They are lightweight but robust and will give you years of service we are sure. For larger vessels we supply water tanks of up to 170 litres in plastic and we also offer a bespoke stainless steel tank manufacturing service. Perfect for unusual shapes and sizes and not as expensive as you may imagine.
