Durable battery box – for batteries up to 120 Amps

A battery box is an essential part of your boat as it keeps every aspect of your battery secure. The benefits of a battery box are that the battery is protected in its surroundings from any physical damage or moisture that may have an adverse affect on the battery’s performance. It also protects your boat from any potential battery acid leaks or unwanted vapours that may escape from your battery. As well as looking smarter, the humble battery box serves an invaluable purpose aboard your pride and joy.

These boxes are made from Moplen polypropylene. These battery boxes come with securing straps and buckles to hold the lid down and keep everything together as well as tie down brackets and screws to keep the box in position.  This yellow box also comes with dividers for housing smaller batteries and 4 shims for extending the lid height to accommodate taller batteries (up to 235mm high).

Which size battery box do you need?

For batteries up to 95 Amps: Choose the smart all black battery box. Suitable for batteries up to 265 x 175 x 205mm (L x W x H)

For batteries up to 100 Amps: Choose the white box with the red lid. Suitable for batteries up to 320 x 177 x 190mm (L x W x H)

For batteries up to 120 Amps: Choose the large white box with the yellow lid. Suitable for batteries up to 384 x 177 x 205mm (L x W x H).  Or up to 235mm high with the shims.
