Clever Deck Filler - Stainless & Composite Plastic

Clever by name, clever by nature!

This newly designed deck filler combines an expensive looking mirror polished stainless cap and a cost-effective, practical plastic flange. Giving you the best of both worlds.

The deck filler has a slimline, moulded cap which gives a pretty flush finish.  The cap sits just 8.5mm proud of the deck surface.  The flange is constructed from a strong black composite techno polymer.

The cap opens with a universal star shaped winch key handle (not included), so there are no keys to lose!  It’s quick opening design, means only a 1/4 turn on the cap is required to open up each of the fillers (except the waste version). Saving time and effort.

The top of the each cap in engraved with both the universal symbol for its function and clear wording.  The inside of the star is colour-coded to make for unobtrusive yet effective detectability.

The caps on the fuel and water fillers are attached to the mounting flange by a strong lanyard, so there is no danger of them going overboard.  For practical reasons the waste cap is not on a lanyard as it needs to be fully removed when you pump out.

In order to comply with ISO 8099 standards, the waste filler unit has a double width diameter suiting both 38mm and 50mm pipes.  This model is therefore slightly longer than the other versions, in order to accommodate these variations in hose fittings.
