Compartment for Fuel Filler

Plastic built-in locking compartment for housing deck fillers.

This handy housing is specifically designed to accommodate deck fillers. The locking hatch door comes with a pair of keys and is marked with the fuel pump symbol. This compartment is great for those people wanting to secure their deck fillers without replacing the actual filler itself. These housings are also popular with self-builders and also for fitting to caravans, motorhomes, RV’s, catering vans and horseboxes etc…

The compartment is made from hydrocarbon resistant nylon (plastic) so will not be affected by the proximity of fuel. Once in place, the hatch door covers the mounting flange so all screw heads are obscured, giving a streamlined, flush finish.

The compartment’s interior will fit deck fillers up to 100mm in diameter. The interior of the compartment is solid, but there is a 50mm diameter pre-marked disc on both the flat bottom and sloping back surface to assist with a cutting of the hole for your filler. This gives you the added benefit of being able to mount the deck filler in the housing either way around to suit your installation.
