Floating Telescopic Boat Hook - Aluminium

Great value, telescopic, aluminium boat hook. This boat hook is an essential aid for docking and undocking. The handy white nylon head is attached to the top of the pole and has a curved hook to aid line retrieval. The handle at the bottom is white polished rubber for a comfortable hold. The pole is made from strong, anodized aluminium and is extendable. When retracted it is 1m long, but with a simple twist the telescopic pole can increase up to 2m long. You can also extend it to any length up to the 2m point by simply twisting the pole to secure it at the desired length. To close it up simply untwist to release, and push the two parts smoothly back inside each other.

As it is made from aluminium this pole is very light and therefore easy for everyone to use. It is so light, in fact, that it floats – so there is no danger of losing it to the bottom of the ocean.

You don’t realise how many uses these poles have until you don’t have one… not only for the obvious snagging dock and mooring lines, but it can also be used to fend off at a dock, place a loop over a piling, for picking things up that are just out of reach or even fishing objects out of the sea.
