Fuel Deck Filler - Vented - Stainless Steel - 38mm

Deck filler made of mirror polished stainless steel with clever design to accommodate a built in vent.

This deck filler is made from 316 marine grade stainless steel. The unusual feature of this model is that it has a built in vent connection pipe. This allows you to vent your tank directly through the deck filler.

In order to enable a smooth installation, the deck filler screws apart into two sections. The bottom half has the main filler pipe tube and also the vent pipe connection. The top half has the fitting flange and the cap. This is a huge benefit as you can fit the deck filler using the same standard sized holes as regular deck fillers. Simply position each half of the filler either side of the hull and screw them back together.

The cap is a screw cap and is connected to the main filler body by a safety chain. There is a black rubber seal on the inside of the cap. This model deck filler is available for 38mm (1 1/2″) filler hose with 16mm (5/8″) vent hose. The cap is engraved for FUEL with a fuel pump icon to avoid confusion. The fitting flange has four equidistant 4mm screw holes, however once the cap is screwed on all fixings are covered.
