Fuel / Water Separator - Diesel

Replacement diesel engine water separator – CAV 296.

Water contamination in one of the main enemies of any diesel-fuelled equipment. All fuels contain some water in suspension, but as diesel fuel is less refined than petrol it will hold a much larger amount of water.

This filter has an aluminium head, mounting bracket and water collection bowl. It is made in compliance with ISO 10088 (Recreation Craft Directive for pleasure boat fuel systems).

The flow rate is: 50-100 litres/h.

To optimise your engine’s performance these filters should be replaced at regular intervals.
