This magnetic door stop is made from mirror polished stainless steel, and is specifically designed for use with internal boat doors. This handy door stop is perfect for preventing cabin doors and hatches swinging out of control. The base is adjustable so it can be fixed to either the cabin floor or wall. The corresponding catch plate has a very strong magnet underneath it, and this part is fixed to the cabin doors. The attraction between the two parts ensures that the door stays open once they are in close proximity of each other. The top part of the base swivels so it can be positioned either at a right angle or in a straight line.
