Stainless Steel Davits - Single or Pair

Smart stainless steel davits.

These davits are available either singly or as a pair.

On their own they are ideal for lifting outboard engines, or as a pair of davits you can hoist dinghies and tenders etc…

The davits are constructed from 316 marine grade stainless steel which has a seamless mirror polished finish.

The tube is 40mm diameter and has an angled support arm so you can be assured of its strength.

Each davit comes with one of each of the following:

• black nylon cleat on the top
• nylon line
• stainless steel mounting bushing
• cover plate
• pulley
• shackle
• snap hook

The davit stands an impressive 1400mm high and the arm stretches out 720mm.

The davit is easy to install as it comes with a purpose built mounting socket. This stainless socket fits a recess 45mm diameter x 128mm deep.

Once the vertical pole is slid inside the socket a bar running across the bottom of the socket fits into the notch at the bottom of the hole and keeps the davit from swinging round. The cover plate then fits over the top of the socket.

As a pair the davits have a capacity of 120kg and 60kg as single davits.

These davits are a stylish and effective lifting mechanism.
