Stainless Steel Tapered Water Tank - 530 Litres

Perfect tank for drinking water storage on narrowboats.

This tank is specially designed to fit into the end of a narrowboat and is shaped to match the hull and maximise capacity.

The tank holds 530 litres and is 1630mm wide at the back, 1000mm wide at the front, 850mm front to back and 480mm high.

This potable water tank is made from 1.5mm thick stainless steel.

It is available in both 316 marine grade stainless steel and also 304 standard grade stainless steel.

It comes with the following pipe connections:
Filler: 1 1/2″ tube
Outlet: 1/2″ BSP
Vent: 1/2″ BSP

Stainless steel is the ideal material to use for drinking water tanks as it is stronger than plastic, has excellent corrosion resistance properties and doesn’t taint the taste of the water like plastic tanks can.

This tank is made by Jay Wolfe Metalwork in the UK and they can also make custom sized tanks, so contact us if you would like a quote for a bespoke tank.
