Weld-On Metal Filler Neck with Locking Vented Cap

Making your own fuel tank? These weld on filler necks are the perfect way to finish it off.

The weld-able filler neck comes in three different metals: stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. So they can be used with all manner of tanks.

The heavy duty truck-style cap is made from tough black plastic, is vented and fits all three of the weld on filler necks.

The caps have an easy to use bayonet opening, so like most vehicle filler caps you just have to turn them 45 degrees to open them up.

The aluminium weld on necks are 43mm tall, the mild steel necks are 78mm tall and the stainless necks are 67mm tall. All necks are 105mm external diameter and have an internal clearance of 80mm at the narrowest point.

The locking filler caps are 120mm diameter and come with a pair of keys. There is protective cover over the key slot which spins to one side when you need to access the lock. All the caps have a rubber seal on the underside.
