1" Socket - Stainless Steel

Versatile 25mm (1″) socket made from AISI 316 mirror polished stainless steel.

This socket is ideal for use on boats, and takes 1″ tubes.

It is perfect for those of you engineering your own boat rails, gangways, passerelles or flagpole holders and need a neat way of fixing your tubes / poles into the boat deck.

The benefit of this style of bush is that the top flange is fairly flush fitting (it’s just a couple of mm thick) and the tube support is recessed into the deck so that when any tubes are removed there are no unsightly metal parts protruding out of your deck.

This socket is easy to retro fit as it can simply be screwed into position from the top; there are three countersunk 6mm screw holes in the top flange (fixings not included). The end of the internal tube is capped off to prevent water ingress.
